1. About the Site

These Terms of Use apply to this information site (the Site). The Site is an information guide to Tower Rush, an instant crash game. It explains how the game works, its features, its RTP, its fairness system and how to play responsibly. The Site is not a casino: it accepts no bets, holds no balances and pays no winnings. It is also not Galaxsys, the studio that makes the game, and it is not run by any casino. The Site has no registration, accounts, forms, newsletter or payments. Its content is general information, updated from time to time, and describes the game as it stands at the time of writing. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not try to disrupt it, copy it in bulk with automated tools or use it for anything unlawful. Tower Rush is a casino game, and the Site is intended only for adults aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age in your place of residence if it is higher. If you are under that age, leave the Site. Tower Rush, its name, logo, graphics and related marks belong to Galaxsys or their respective owners. Tower Rush™ is used on the Site only to identify the game the guide is about. The Site's own texts and layout may not be copied or republished without permission, except for short quotes with a link to the source. Other game and studio names mentioned on the Site belong to their owners and are used only for reference.

5. Links to Third-Party Sites

Buttons on the Site lead to third-party casino sites where the game can be played. Those sites are run by independent operators with their own terms, privacy policies and licences. The Site does not control them and is not responsible for their content, services, payments or withdrawals. A button on the Site is not a recommendation of any particular casino; whether to open an account with an operator is your own decision. 6. Limitation of Liability
