1. Information the Site Collects

This Privacy Policy explains how this information site (the Site) handles data. The Site is an information guide to the Tower Rush game. It is run neither by Galaxsys, the studio behind the game, nor by any casino. The Site has no registration, no user accounts, no forms, no newsletter and no payments, so it does not ask for and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address or payment details.

Like most websites, the Site is served by a hosting provider that may automatically log technical data when a page loads: IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the visit. These logs are part of how web hosting works and are not used to identify individual readers.

2. How It Is Used

Technical data is used only to keep the Site running: to deliver its pages, to detect errors and abuse, to protect the Site against attacks and to understand in general terms which topics are read most. The Site does not sell, rent or share technical data for advertising, and it does not build profiles of visitors. Where statistics are used, they are looked at in aggregate – for example the number of visits to the demo page in a month – and never linked to a named person.

3. Cookies

The Site may use a small number of cookies for basic functions, preferences and anonymous statistics. What cookies are, which types the Site may use and how to switch them off is described in the Cookie Policy.

4. Third-Party Sites

Buttons on the Site lead to third-party casino sites where the game can be played. Those sites are run by independent operators with their own terms and privacy policies. Once you leave the Site, any registration, deposit or personal data you provide is handled by that operator, not by the Site, and the Site receives no personal data back from it. Read the operator's privacy policy before you sign up or play there.

5. Your Rights Under Data Protection Law

Depending on where you live, data protection law – for example Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) or the GDPR in Europe – gives you rights over your personal information: to know what is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted and to object to its use. Because the Site does not collect personal data from its readers, it normally holds nothing these rights would apply to. Server logs kept by the hosting provider fall under that provider's own policy.

6. Data Security

The Site is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to its hosting and content is limited to the people who maintain the Site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but the Site keeps the risk low by not collecting personal data in the first place. If a security incident ever affected its hosting, the problem would be fixed and this policy updated where needed.

7. Data Retention

Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider only as long as needed for security and operation, and are then deleted or anonymized. The Site itself keeps no records about the people who read its pages.

8. Minors

The Site is about Tower Rush, a casino game, and is intended only for adults aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age where they live if it is higher. The Site does not knowingly collect any data from minors, and the game is not for anyone under that age.

9. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Site changes or when the law requires it. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update means the new version applies. Changes are made on this page rather than announced by email, since the Site holds no email addresses.

10. Contact

The Site does not run contact forms, mailing lists or user accounts, so it holds no personal data to discuss. Questions about data you gave to a casino after following a button on the Site go to that operator's support or privacy team, and questions about hosting logs fall under the hosting provider's privacy policy.
